Amazon PPC Guide for GCC Sellers
How to structure campaigns, set bids and control ACOS on Amazon.ae.
Amazon PPC is often the first thing sellers turn on and the last thing they properly manage. Spend without a target ACOS quietly erodes margin — here is how to structure campaigns so that doesn't happen.
Separate campaigns by intent
Branded search, competitor targeting and broad category terms behave completely differently. Mixing them into one campaign makes it impossible to tell which is actually working, so split them from day one.
Start with Sponsored Products
Sponsored Products campaigns are the most direct route to sales and the easiest to read performance data from. Get these stable before layering in Sponsored Brands or Sponsored Display.
Set a target ACOS before you launch
Calculate your break-even ACOS from your margin structure first. Bidding without this number means you find out you overspent only after the damage is done.
Review search terms weekly
Search-term reports reveal exactly which queries are triggering your ads. Negative-keyword this list weekly, or wasted spend on irrelevant clicks quietly compounds every month.
